They lure you in with discounted prices on logos or web design, great online reviews(all fake), claims of BBB Accreditation(also fake), and the promise of 100% moneyback guarantee
After you give them your credit card for a logo design(which you may or may not receive), they want to get you on the phone to agree to more services
This is when the harassment starts, they won't deliver your logo until they upsell you on trademark filing and website creation
If you agree to anything, they immediately charge your credit card and the prices will be hefty compared to the initial prices that drew you in
You wait for the services you paid for to be completed but they don't deliver anything, so you contact them and they get you on the phone again saying you will need to pay more money before they can deliver anything
This process repeats over and over. If you ask for a refund, they will not provide it
As this company rebrands over and over again, they will continue to contact you trying to get you to fall for it again
These fake companies pretend to be located in the US, but are actually located in Pakistan

Scammed by codenlogos.com:
This is awesome! Thank you for putting this site together! I only wish it ranked higher in the Google algorithm. It's on page 2 and seekers will find the fake trustpilot reviews first.
I found Code N Logos Google Ad and purchased a logo for $99. That same day they upsold me a website for $2500. About a week later they sent me some logos. Two of them were decent, but I later found they had been copied/pasted with just the name changed. When they sent me the logo, they claimed they could trademark it for another $799. They never sent me any receipts and all of the credit card charges were made under different names. I was suspicious so I called and asked to speak to the attorneys in charge of trademarking. Nada.
I told them I would trademark it myself and asked for a refund. I didn't yet know that the logo was fraudulent. They wouldn't refund, but said I could apply that amount to another service so I opted to have my logo animated.
After a couple of weeks they had sent me some shoddy work on a website. It was a standard Wordpress template with my business name that still had latin mumbo jumbo in the text areas. It was like 3 minutes worth of work, not three weeks. I tried to work with them maybe another week and then demanded my logo animation. It was crap. The logo just "bounced" in. I'd been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I was done. The "finance department" refused to give me a refund so I tried a chargeback with my bank, but "Austin Sarkovsky" fought it. They sent the bank (Discover Card) their proof of fulfilling their end of the contract -- the shoddy wordpress site, the copypasta logo, the janky animation and a very poorly worded defense and Discover Card let them keep my money because I didn't have receipts and because all of the charges were from different companies.
Code N Logos has done this before. They know just exactly how to get away with it. They also fought my negative reviews on trustpilot and BBB and had them removed. I'm so glad you are bringing these two-bit scammers to light! Work on your SEO as much as possible and try to get to at least the first page. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
