Logo Design Scams exists under many different company names that use fake Trustpilot & Google reviews to gain your confidence

How the Logo Design scam works:

  1. They lure you in with discounted prices on logos or web design, great online reviews(all fake), claims of BBB Accreditation(also fake), and the promise of 100% moneyback guarantee

  2. After you give them your credit card for a logo design(which you may or may not receive), they want to get you on the phone to agree to more services

  3. This is when the harassment starts, they won't deliver your logo until they upsell you on trademark filing and website creation

  4. If you agree to anything, they immediately charge your credit card and the prices will be hefty compared to the initial prices that drew you in

  5. You wait for the services you paid for to be completed but they don't deliver anything, so you contact them and they get you on the phone again saying you will need to pay more money before they can deliver anything

  6. This process repeats over and over. If you ask for a refund, they will not provide it

  7. As this company rebrands over and over again, they will continue to contact you trying to get you to fall for it again

These fake companies pretend to be located in the US, but are actually located in Pakistan

While most victims are only scammed out of a few hundred dollars before they figure it out, others are scammed for thousands and one family was scammed out of $150,000 by 'Logoiconix' - Scammed out of $150,000: allegations of fraud, threats and USPTO impersonation

Look closely for evidence of the scam and DO NOT give them your credit card information!

Below are all the various company names I have found. I will add to this list as they create new company names.

How to recognize fake reviews

If you have been scammed, be sure to ask them for your money back via email communication. Because the sites often have a 100% money-back guarantee, you can use the email communications to get a refund from your credit card.
